Five acres of paddocks, and a forty acre common at the end of the drive, where wild orchids are in abundance in May.
Ideally situated for the Suffolk heritage coast, Minsmere, Dunwich, Southwold, Aldburgh and nearby towns of Halesworth, Eye, Framlingham, Bungay and Beccles.
The immediate area around Watsons Farm has proved popular with cyclists for its quiet country lanes and softly undulating countryside. There is ample storage space for bikes.
Coarse fishing is available nearby £5 per day.
There is an excellent village shop in Fressingfield, open long hours, and stocking good local produce. Farmer markets are held in the area every Saturday.
